This program of Canada Customs and Revenue Agency (CCRA) is a telephone reporting system for travellers using seven small southern Ontario airports. All travellers from United States flying in private aircraft have to call the CCRA before leaving the U.S. to verify their eligibility to enter Canada. Now, these travellers can apply for preapproved clearance, which speeds up customs procedures when they arrive in Canada. They are still responsible for any taxes and duties owing, and are subject to spot checks.

Ce programme de l'Agence des douanes et du Revenu du Canada (ADRC) est un système de déclaration téléphonique à l'usage des voyageurs venant des États-Unis qui utilisent les services de l'un des sept petits aéroports participants du sud de l'Ontario. Tous les voyageurs doivent, avant de quitter les États-Unis, téléphoner à l'ADRC pour savoir s'ils sont autorisés à entrer au Canada. Désormais, les grands voyageurs peuvent demander au préalable l'autorisation d'entrer, ce qui accélérera les formalités douanières à leur arrivée au Canada. Toutefois, ils sont tenus de payer les droits et taxes exigibles et peuvent faire l'objet d'une vérification au hasard.
